Reservation Information

We prefer to take our reservations by telephone but if you wish to contact us by
email please include the following information in the email - Name, Address, Phone
Number (both day & evening), which of our facilities you would like to reserve
and the dates that you would like. We will contact you by phone to review your
reservation request and to confirm the availability of the dates and facility that
you have requested.  Listed below are our reservation policies and procedures for
you to review.  Please note that there are some differences between the policies
for the cabins/lodge and the yearly camping sites.
 
Cabins and Mountain View Lodge

  • Consult the rates page of our website for current rates. Available in-season only.

  • Minimum stay of two (2) nights

  • Holiday Weekend minimum stay is three (3) nights

  • First night's deposit is required

  • $200.00 (refundable) deposit is required at time of rental.  This deposit is our guarantee that the cabins will be left in the same condition when you leave as they were upon your arrival.  The cabins will be inspected and a refund will be issued to you if there are no repairs to be made

  • Cancellation Policy - One (1) to seven (7) day notice there will be NO REFUND.  Eight (8) or more days notice will incur a $50.00 service fee

  • Check-in Time - 3:00 P.M.

  • Check-out Time - 10:30 A.M.

  • Monthly and seasonal rates are available upon request

  • Cabins are handicap accessible - Our Mountain View Lodge is not

  • No Pets

  • No Smoking

PLEASE NOTE: WE APOLOGIZE BUT WE DO NOT HAVE TRANSIENT CAMPING
SITES. OUR CAMPGROUND ONLY ACCOMMODATES CAMPING TRAILERS/RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND ARE RENTED ON A YEARLY BASIS ONLY.
WE ALSO DO NOT HAVE FACILITIES FOR TENT CAMPING.
 

Yearly Camping Sites

  • Consult the rates page of our website for current rates

  • Available YEAR-ROUND

  • These are rented on a yearly basis

  • Electric is metered quarterly

  • Pets Welcome - Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
